Since 1979 Roberto & Lucy have thrived to run a well-founded and successful restaurant, and would like to thank all the customers through the years for all their support and custom. We like to think of all our customers as friends , and we have really enjoyed the good times we have all shared.
There is never the right time to leave your passion and way of life.
It is now time for Roberto and Lucy to enjoy their retirement, and for another fellow restaurateur to enjoy the challenges and good times that lie ahead.
We hope to see you out and about, perhaps on the golf course or in the local Waitrose!
Roberto's restaurant was established in 1979 and has been managed by husband and wife team Roberto & Lucia ever since, celebrating the restaurants 34th anniversary this year! Inspired by his Mother's traditional Northern Italian home cooking and trained at the Savoy, Roberto a Michelin starred chef, brings the classic flavours of Italy together with flair. Dining is relaxed with generous portions, specialising in fresh fish and seafood. Roberto's emphasis is on wholesome food with elegant presentation. Endeavouring to source local produce where ever possible our fresh fish is delivered daily and we aim to offer the highest standard of food. Great Italian home cooked food, full of flavour served by Lucia and her warm and friendly staff.Roberto's is the ideal setting for an intimate meal for two, a fresh & healthy treat for the family or even a party celebration
